Lucky Play General FAQs
Lucky Play is the loyalty program for Lucky Strike Entertainment bowling centers. You earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, and rewards unlock automatically as you cross point milestones. No punch cards, no codes to claim. The account does the work.
Lucky Play is open to all guests visiting a Lucky Strike Entertainment bowling center.
Sign up online through the Lucky Strike Entertainment website, either through the sign-up flow, right when you make a lane reservation or sign yourself up in-center by scanning the QR code during your visit.
Lucky Play is valid at every Lucky Strike Entertainment bowling center. It does not apply at waterparks or Family Entertainment Centers (FECs).
At Lucky Strike Entertainment bowling centers, eligible purchases include bowling, shoe rental, food & beverage, league practice games, and lane reservations.
The Summer Season Pass, Groupon or third-party affiliate bookings, alcohol, events, and Intercard purchases are not eligible to earn Lucky Play points. Purchases at waterparks and Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) are not eligible either.
Points post at the time of your transaction, so there's no waiting period. Just give your phone number to your server or the front desk when you check in or close out your tab, and any points or rewards you've earned are applied right away. Points can only be earned at checkout, so be sure to share your number before you pay.
